Our Packaging & Delivery Promise
We believe how a product travels matters just as much as what it becomes.
Your BLOOMbase will arrive carefully packed using low-impact materials wherever possible. Our packaging approach is designed to minimise waste while still protecting your order in transit.
Where possible, we source clean second-hand boxes to reduce packaging waste. This means your parcel may occasionally arrive in a box that has lived a life before or was destined for other use before it reached us. We hope you agree that's a good thing.
All parcels are sealed using plastic-free paper tape rather than conventional plastic tape.
For new packaging materials, we work with suppliers committed to responsible production. Our packaging partner accounts for and offset their Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions and support environmental charities through the 1% for the Planet initiative.
Delivery Timescales
We currently charge a flat rate of £3.95 per order with complimentary shipping on orders over £50. International shipping will be available once we expand into new countries (see our Global page for more information)
Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched without paperwork or leaflets as part of our low-impact fulfilment approach. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on location and courier performance.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product, BLOOMbase items cannot be returned once opened or used.
As with cake dummies and other products used in food preparation environments, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
BLOOMbase products are designed for decoration and planting. As planting outcomes depend on environmental conditions outside our control, we cannot guarantee germination or accept responsibility for results after use.
If you experience any issue using BLOOMbase, we would always love to hear from you and will do our best to help.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@madewithflower.com so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
