These Terms of Service govern your use of madewithflower.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Made With Flower Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

PRODUCTS
BLOOMbase is a plantable cake display tier designed to replace polystyrene dummy tiers in stacked wedding cakes. Product descriptions, images and pricing are provided in good faith and may be updated without notice.

FOOD CONTACT DISCLAIMER
BLOOMbase is designed for use as a structural display element within a cake and is not intended for human consumption. While it is designed to sit within a food preparation environment, it is not a food product and should not be eaten. Cake professionals and users are responsible for using the product appropriately within safe food handling practices.

GERMINATION DISCLAIMER
BLOOMbase contains a seed-embedded lining intended to be planted after use. Germination and growth depend on factors outside our control, including soil quality, climate, weather and aftercare. We do not guarantee that seeds will germinate or that flowers will grow, and we accept no liability for planting outcomes.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is taken at the point of order via our payment provider.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the UK only.
Flat rate shipping is £3.95 per order, with free shipping on orders over £50.
Orders are dispatched without paperwork or leaflets as part of our low-impact fulfilment approach. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and courier performance and are not guaranteed.
If you need your order urgently for an upcoming event, please contact us via our Contact page and we will do our best to help.
International shipping is not currently available. Updates will be posted on our Global page as we expand.

PACKAGING
Orders are packed using low-impact materials wherever possible, which may include reused second-hand boxes and plastic-free paper tape. New packaging materials are sourced from suppliers committed to responsible production, including carbon offsetting and support for environmental initiatives.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the product, BLOOMbase items cannot be returned once opened or used. As with cake dummies and other products used in food preparation environments, we are unable to accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.
This does not affect your right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and product design, is the property of Made With Flower Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy or exploit any part of the Site or our products without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made With Flower Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or Site, including but not limited to planting or germination outcomes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

PRIVACY
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will take effect once posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
